We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images of our sand art drawings. However, as each item is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. Colors and textures may appear different depending on your screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Full payment is required at the time of order via secure payment methods provided.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock availability or payment issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery across all cities in Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location and order size.
  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized and delicate nature of our sand art, we currently do not accept returns.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review your case for a possible replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, product designs, and logos, is the property of SandArtGallery.pk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products. Use of our products is at your own risk.
